Not So Safekeeping

Subject: Delete email Items

Having had a new PC installed this morning, all my Microsoft Outlook “deleted items” in my email account have been deleted. I did not do anything to delete them, but watched them appear to auto delete. There were some items I would like to access. Is there any way they can be restored.
